Your data never leaves your premises.
Vostra.link is an artificial intelligence solution deployed 100% locally on the client's premises. The iOS Application is a mobile client that connects only to the Vostra.link server physically installed in the client's infrastructure.
As a result:
Conversations, queries and documents exchanged with the AI never transit through Inventive.link servers. No third party (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.) has access to your data. No transfer outside the European Union is performed by the Application.
Processing of conversations is carried out exclusively on the client's infrastructure, which is the sole data controller for this content.
The strict minimum, nothing more.

3.3 Technical diagnostics
The Application transmits no diagnostic data to Inventive.link. Only Apple may, if the user has explicitly consented in iOS settings, transmit anonymised crash reports.
No commercial intermediaries.
No personal data processed by the Application is shared with commercial third parties. The only technical recipients are:
- Apple Inc. — distribution via the App Store and, where applicable, aggregated crash reports (Apple privacy policy)
- Your own Vostra.link server — on your premises, under your sole control
Only as long as strictly necessary.
- Authentication data — until the user signs out or uninstalls the Application.
- Local preferences — until the Application is uninstalled.
- Conversations — retained exclusively on your local Vostra.link server, in line with the retention policy you define.
You remain in control of your data.
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
Right to lodge a complaint. You may at any time lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Technical and organisational measures.
- TLS 1.3 encryption of communications between the Application and your Vostra.link server
- Credentials stored in the iOS Keychain, protected by the Secure Enclave
- No network communication with commercial third-party servers
- Application code regularly audited
No cookies, no trackers.
The Application uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. No third-party analytics SDK (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.) is integrated.

The Application is intended for professional use (B2B) and is not designed for use by persons under 13 years of age. No data concerning minors is knowingly collected.
Updates to this policy.
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or functional changes. The last update date appears at the top of the document. Substantial changes will be notified through the Application.
